Master Flame fire retardant is perfect for small to medium sized projects and other limited areas that need to be treated for fire protection, treating approximately 450 square feet a gallon. It is a Class 'A' fire retardant, non-toxic, eco-friendly, and easy to use on a variety of materials.

Master Flame forms a thermal insulation barrier that prevents dangerous flames from spreading and inhibits the development of toxic hydrocarbon smoke. It is ideal for treating absorbent materials and surfaces such as drapes, curtains, decorations, uniforms, clothing, wood, pre-construction materials, furnishings, carpeting, packing materials, motor home interiors, holiday decorations, storage boxes, and other materials for added safety against fire.

It is most effective on organic materials and is not well suited for plastics, Styrofoam, polystyrenes, and similar materials. To use, simply spray Master Flame on the item or surface being treated. In bulk applications, items may also be dipped and allowed to drip dry. In all cases, allow Master Flame to completely penetrate the item or surface and dry completely.

For clothing and other fabrics, it is recommended to reapply Master Flame after each washing, as some of its effectiveness will be diminished due to washing. Master Flame has been tested to NFPA 255, 701 & ASTM E 84 standards and is Class 'A' rated for its ability to help prevent the spread of dangerous flames. It is suitable for use on wood, fabrics, paper, and other absorbent materials, and is free of PBDE's or toxins, making it non-toxic and eco-friendly.
